In the southern part is garden area, gazebo, barbecue and solarium that cover 300 M2. The vegetation is composed of centenary almond trees, a 6-meter tall dragon tree, medlars, Indian jasmine, camellias, aloe, ivy, air carnations, cactus, palm trees, etc. The arbor space is formed by a huge main table, with a barbecue where guests can grill. There is a small countertop attached to the barbecue where the guest has a portable gas stove hidden inside it. Along this space there is a building where there is a countertop with auxiliary sink that serve as support for the barbecue area and gazebo.
It also has a cute solarium area equipped with sun loungers in an intimate and relaxing space.
All the exterior is marked by walks where at different heights you can see the entire garden and the interior of the house through its windows.
